I know it can seem really scary to join an online program and you feel like you are still on your own. This is not like that! We will hop on the phone before you even sign up so that we can get to know each other and make sure that we are a good fit. My main goal is to keep you motivated, supported and to help you achieve your goals!

General information about training:

  • I generally prescribe a mix of cardio & resistance training that is mainly bodyweight. You will receive a welcome pack with resistance bands as a bonus for joining and I use these a lot in training as they are a great safe tool.
  • This type of training blasts fat and will keep you burning fat for 48 hours after you have finished – because your metabolism will be firing!

I am a Mama too so I understand the daily struggles you go through in terms of motivation, fatigue, time management and self-worth.

I believe in a wholistic approach in my coaching and will help you through any battle that you are facing because I believe this relates directly to how you feel about yourself and therefore to how you look after yourself and what you put into your body. If you are to become my client I need you to be open and honest with me so that I can help you!

Cost: $99 per month. This is a great option if you have some experience with diet & exercise in the past and would like a new exercise program to follow.  Apply here.

How to pay:

I take payments via a direct debit company called Paychoice, upon acceptance of your application, I will send you through a link to setup your monthly payments. In that email I will explain how to complete the process. I only take on a few clients at once so that I can provide great support for you and therefore I take clients based on who completes this form first because this is the fairest way. Upon receipt of this form I will set up your profile and send you login information and how to download my app.

Why do I need to fill in an application form?

I like to get to know you and these questions help me know how best to meet your needs and if we would be a good match as client and trainer.

  • You are ready to make changes to your diet and work outs: I work hard to make sure you get the results you desire BUT you must also work hard – we are a team! No Mama left behind.
  • You are willing to dedicate 20-30 minutes per day to exercising: I know that motherhood is very time consuming but the reality is if you don’t do the workouts – you aren’t going to get the results. I know that I can get you results with this short amount of time each day but you do need to put aside that time. If you do need help in this area let me know! As long as you are willing to dedicate this time, I can help you with how to fit it in & motivate you to get your workouts done.
  • You are willing to be honest with me and yourself: I take your journey very seriously. I feel what you feel and get so excited when you start to feel fitter, stronger, healthier & most importantly – happier!
  • You are willing to learn and make changes in your life: I want to help teach you to have a new lifestyle. I want this to be sustainable and not overwhelm you with a lot of information at once! I don’t want to restrict you and put you in a position where you will blow out in 2 weeks. We are in this together and the pace will be set by how quickly you adapt.
