Hi! My name is Laura and I’m the creator of the Fit Mama Lifestyle. I’m a personal trainer (pre and post natal training specialist) and a mum to my two children, Oscar and Lily.
I started the Fit Mama Lifestyle after I had my first child, because even though I had been a fitness lover and training mums for years, I had NO idea, just how difficult it can be to get to the gym, let alone a scheduled class or session with a trainer.
I struggled immensely, not only in my fitness, but in many aspects such as body image, weight gain, nutrition, confidence, energy, hormonal changes, to name a few….
I struggled adjusting so much that I put on more weight than I did during my pregnancy.
I decided that I wanted to make it easy for mums to have access to personal training but have the flexibility to do their exercise when they could fit it in and be able to have all the information they needed in one place, which is why I created my signature 12-week programs to make it simple for you to reach your goals and boost your confidence again.
I love things all health and fitness, but I am also human & I have my bad days and reach pure exhaustion, just like you.
